Cream is tastier than regular milk. It is acceptable to lighten coffee with milk cream. It is not necessary to use soy products that are less tasty. When cheese is made from milk, lactose is broken down by enzymes. Therefore, cheeses are well suited for a low-carbohydrate diet to control diabetes or just lose weight. All of these ingredients need to be considered when planning a menu for a low-carbohydrate diet, as well as insulin injections. Avoid any low fat dairy products, including low fat cheeses. Because the less fat, the more lactose (milk sugar).

There is practically no lactose in butter; it is suitable for diabetes. At the same time, it is categorically not recommended to use margarine, because it contains special fats that are harmful to the heart and blood vessels. Your humble servant at one time read many books on raw food diet. They did not convince me to become a vegetarian or, especially, a raw food expert.
